Plinth is a fast-growing tech startup working with charities, foundations, and local government. Small and local charities are often highly effective but under-resourced and overlooked. We build tools that reduce admin, surface their work, and help them focus on what matters most.

Trust and transparency are everythingโ€”we're open about mistakes, don't hide problems, and skip the professional cynicism. We want people who are obsessed with doing great work and can't wait to show it off. Good ideas turn quickly into action here.

To make this easier for both us and you, we're going to be very clear about what we're looking for, and what we're not interested in.

    We'll take it as given that you're hard-working, details-oriented and a good communicator. Skip the buzzwords and the pre-prepared competency answers.

    We want to hear about the things you've done that no one else asked for, that no one else thought of, or that no one else could do.

  • 3. Excitement

    We want to talk about the things you're excited about or obsessed with. Even if they're a bit weird. Perhaps especially if they're a bit weird.

  • 4. Curiosity

    We know you won't have heard much about us. We'd be surprised if you didn't have questions about what we do, how we work and what we're aiming for.

  • 5. Ambition

    Finally, we're looking for people who have big ambitions for themselves, and who are happy to think big about the impact they can have. We'll do our best to help you get there.
